This hair color made my hair feel sticky no matter how many times I rinsed or shampoo my hair. It left it feeling unhealthy. I have healthy hair and will never use this brand again.

Been using light ash brown for years. Bought the new and improved it is awful turned part of my hair black the rest light brown. Had to buy a new brand to try and fix it. Will never buy it again.

I bought the dark brown and it is straight black. Not even close to dark brown at all. My hair is now black. Im hoping its going to fade but so far no luck. (Which I guess would be good if you loved the color) Ive washed it 6 times now. I do like the product and my hair feels great it just not the color that it says it would be on the box. But again my hair feels amazing and the shininess is great too. It just doesnt match the color I was expecting.

I received this product for review purposes and was excited to try it. It went on simply enough and the conditioner left my hair feeling much softer than I expected. Unlike when I have previously dyed my hair, my hair felt soft instead of crunchy. However, the color was not at all the color advertised or any of the colors on the box. Instead of the dark blonde my hair should have been it was red! My hair was dark to begin with, so I was not expecting my color to be the blonde on the front of the box, but it was not even close to the expected color. See more

Clairol gave me the opportunity to try the new Nice n Easy as its just hitting store shelves. I wanted to share my experience… It was so easy and quick, it smells amazing and the results were even better than i thought. I followed the instructions and was done in 25 minutes. I love my color and can not keep my hands out of my hair. My confidence is through the roof and i can not thank Clairol enough.
