Ive been using this product for years. It was a great pleasure to find it online here at Walmart at a much lower price. It was also just so easy. I made my online purchase and Walmart emailed me when I could come and pick it up. It was very fast and convenient. Im a fan now. Thanks Walmart.

Started using LOeal Preference about 40 years ago. Since Im getting grays I switched to Excellence. Love the product, leaves my hair in great condition.

I have used this for several years now; however, my hair turns ashy colored for a week to 10 days after coloring. Is there a solution to prevent the red tones?

was expecting a larger container. should have paid more attention to listed oz. amount. The sprayer is hard to push which makes the spray speratic. so hard to get onto roots properly. Will want to try first the next time I buy before I order on line. I just bought for in between color applications to my hair. I am sure most people that color more often than I do will like it but should just be more aware of amount of content for cost than I was.

I just did my hair and the grey is still there. I left the color on for 30 min for all over color. Did the roots first. I am so sad. Was really hoping this would work. My color overall lightened so the greys arent as noticeable, but was hoping for better coverage.
