I saw on the side of the box that it said "not recommended for darker hair" and I originally had dark brown hair. I bought it anyways, I figured it would work anyway since it supposed to bleach. My hair IS now blonde. Its kind of like a strawberry blonde. It doesnt bother me, because I just wanted my hair light enough to dye it red. But its such a pretty color that Ive decided to keep the blonde! Its very easy to use! So perhaps if youre a dark brunette and youd like a strawberry blonde-ish hair color, use this. My friend also used this on her light brown hiar, and it came out bleach blonde, exactly like on the box. So the lightening agent DEFINITELY works! Very good product! I love it :) See more

I had to use FIVE boxes for my hair (dark blonde) and is still so yellow and stained, Ive always liked LOréals products but after this Féria, I do not want to buy anything anymore. The color is horrible and my hair is so dry and demand. LOréal never again!!!!

I bought 2 boxes of this product to color my very long hair and almost ended up with a disaster on my head. After mixing the hair color I noticed the color in the bottles was very different. I took a closer look at the bottles and yikes, the product numbers were different! *In case youre wondering, the boxes were identical and intact/still sealed when I purchased them*. I have used this product twice before and was happy with the outcome. This is a very alarming and disappointing situation. (And, of course, my hair is woefully uncolored!) See more

bought the deepest violet thinking i would have a purple tint to my hair. NOPE this is straight black hair. Not impressed.

Only brand I use to go platinum but after many attempts I had to continue to wash and reapply product which dries hair out, and makes it thin and brittle to achieve particular color. 3-4 applications can be tiresome...after one wash products looks brassy again and yellow.
