Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Shampoo, 12.5 Fl oz

I have dry eczema skin so my hair is always frizzy and I have dry patches in my scalp . Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Shampoo didnt aggravate my condition but didnt stop it either. I like the smell of it and has a clean scent , it didnt last though but it sure felt clean and a bit moistures after. I definitely recommend this and will buy it again. I think that this shampoo is a top contender amoung other shampoos in its price range. It has a nice clean smell and does a very good job at cleaning the residue out of hair. I use a lot of dry shampoo and hairspray and it had no problem washing them away! However it did leave my hair a little stringy and dry. I normally have pretty oily hair so for a product to dry it out is pretty intense. I found that using it only near my scalp worked better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I dye my hair a lot of funky colors that fade with every wash. Right now I have had blue hair for a while and generally have to wash it every other day to keep it from looking greasy. With that being said I have to color it biweekly. Ive used the Pure Clean by Garnier for a couple weeks now and have not had to recolor. I can go about three days before the oils set it in. The shampoo does not pull out too much color but actually leaves my hair clean. Im a happy camper with this one. My hair is light and smells great. Oftentimes my biggest complaint about hair products is an overwhelming smell that is so sweet it becomes noxious, especially with fruity scents. I was very pleased to find that the Garner Fructis Pure clean shampoo had a subtle fragrance that isnt overpowering. I will also add that I find it interesting the company advertises on the label that this product is silicone and paraben free, but still contains sulfates that can be a bigger problem for some people. But I appreciate the efforts to stay environmentally conscious! And of course, practically speaking, this shampoo fulfills its prime directive as promised by name. After a week of use I can say I am a fan! The shampoo is not too thick and produces a rich lather with minimal water. I feel I use less of this product opposed to my other shampoo. Pleasant aroma of granny apples that lasts until the next day. I typically throw my hair in a bun after the shower so to take it out in the am and have the “clean” smell first is great!
