When I ordered this set of shampoo and conditioner that was suppose to be hydrating I was expecting it to be moisturizing. The shampoo was not bad , but not really much of a scent to it. I need a good conditioner as I have long wavy dry hair that tangles a lot when I wash it. This Herbal Essence Conditioner did not moisturize my hair one bit , it actually made my hair feel very dry , much drier than normal. I had to end up using another conditioner I had on hand to soften my hair enough to get the knots out. The conditioner also did not have a very strong scent either. I would not buy again. I gave it to a friend whom has oily hair, this can be for a man or a woman as the scent is not noticeable. See more
