So frustrating you cant sharpen it. I even bought an electric sharpener to try. Black all over my fingers. Disappointing because it worked good when it was new and didnt need sharpening yet.

I fell in love with this product. It goes on great and stays on. The problem is when it needs sharpened. It is impossible to get a good point and the edges are jagged when you try. The color kept breaking off and made it impossible to use after attempting to sharpen.

I have purchased two of these twist up eye liners. Both pencils will not advance the product when twisted. I twisted 20 times to the left and it did not advance. I then twisted 40 times to the right with same result. I broke the pencil in two pieces confirm there is product remaining.

I bought the infallible eyeliner because of all the great reviews. It was great until i had to sharpen it. First would have been nice if it came with one. Then every time i tried to sharpen it it broke, was uneven had sharp edges. Sorry i bought this product.

This is the only eyeliner that I have used that hasnt smudged but whats up with the packaging??? Sharpening the plastic? What are you folks at LOréal thinking??? All you can reasonably use is the length that is exposed when you buy it, once it is gone the pencil is done, no reasonable way to sharpen the plastic. Given the hundreds of reviews before mine this seems to be a problem EVERYONE is having. Did you test before putting this on the market? So frustrating. I am doubly frustrated because I bought a second one because the twist up end didnt work on the first so thought I would try a second but when it didnt work then I looked at reviews. Thats when I found that it is a fake twist up end and that you are supposed to sharpen the plastic??? You gotta be kidding? See more
