Brow Define and Fill Duo I have used Maybelline products for over 40 years. I have other eyebrow products from Maybelline but am very disappointed in this one. The pencil keeps breaking off almost every time you use it. It is also very light compared to other blonde eyebrow pencils you can barely see it. Usually when I get a blonde pencil it has more color. And as for the powder applicator end that is a joke. There is no powder in it at all. It is just a sponge tip. What happened to the powder? Wont be buying this ever again. Will stick to the EYESTUDIO® BROW DRAMA® SCULPTING BROW GEL for my brow product for now. See more

I bought this because Maybelline recommended brow chalk but they didnt have it at my store. This worked great the first time I used it. The second day the powder end worked on one eye but very little product was released on the second eye. On the third day I could not barely make a mark. The pencil part is good and I am happy with the color. I lost my eyebrows to alopecia and I really liked the way the fill looked. Too bad it didnt last.

The defining pencil would not come out even though it is a brand new, just opened product. Very disappointed.

I have one love the pencil side the powder not so much wish you could have more than just the lids worth of it

I have very little brows so Maybelline has always been my go-to for brows. This product is a miss. The pencil was dry and kept breaking off into pieces. The powder end barely showed. I chose a Dark Brown shade. I usually wear Black. I would not recommend this if you have little hair. Im going back to my usual Expert Wear. My mother used it and so do I.
