I have been using covergirl trueblend foundation for about 2 years a while ago you updated the packaging, but you also updated the colour formula, now it doesnt match. It was a perfect match before and I was very happy. Now my skin has an orange tint to it. I dont like having orange skin.
Im glad Im not the only one who can tell the difference. I have used the old one for a while and never had issues, but I tried the new one It felt greasy and it felt thick on my skin. It also is NOT the same shade as before. Even though it says it is, it doesnt match me the same. Im so disappointed and will not be buying it anymore.
I just bought this product a week ago. My face finally got clear so I used this product and it was honestly awful. I normally use Covergirl products w/o any issues. It has little to no coverage and sticks on any dry areas of hair you may have on your face. I never write review but this, in my opinion, is necessary feedback. I dont advise buying this product.
I grew up with Covergirl liquid cover up. I went to the store and picked up the same shade #510 and it no longer works. They must have changed the formula because it is like putting water on my face instead of actually something that works. I am very, very disappointed and feel ripped off. This is supposed to cover my acne and even out my pinkish skin tone. Instead it just hydrates my skin. If I wanted to get a face lotion I would have bought a face lotion. But I bought COVER UP. And it does not cover a dang thing.
Terrible, nothing like the old TruBlend shade or texture. Sadly it is time to look for another product. Why would CoverGirl change a good thing? Offer the old and then offer a new product line if you want but keep the OLD - "if it aint broke, dont fix it."
