Neither meter nor test strips come with control solution. Worse, successive tests out of two tubes of test strips give radically different results. You should not have to call the manufacturer for control solution. But I did. It is now two weeks later and I still dont have it. Called again and they claimed they couldnt find my previous call. No person should be expected to use this product without control solution. All you have to do is to read the instructions to see that. Failed test strips must be returned as they do not provide accurate readings. This product is well below my expectations from Walmart. See more

The meter is accomadating in size and is easly concealed. I like the fact that it speaks in English or Spanish is amazing. The meter is very easy to learn and use for the beginner to the novice testing individual and is easy for young children to understand the full function capabilities of the meter.

Was easy to use the meter talked and gave instructions on what steps to take it was clear and easy as well as painless very small and compact can slip it in my purse and take it anywhere and have no worries about no being able to use it cause the meter will talk you threw it love this meter would recommend for sure

It is very easy to use and works well. It is nice to be able to hear your results and monitor them on your phone. I would recommend the ReliOn Premier voice system to everyone that needs a glucose monitor. I will gladly continue to use my ReliOn monitor.

I absolutely loved this product. ReliOn Premier VOICE. Blood Glucose Monitoring System, was so easy to use. It talks in English and Spanish. Ot also displays the readings large, if you have trouble reading small numbers. I loved that it is small enought, that I can carry it in my purse. I like that it is so portable, and also descreat. I highly recommend this product, to anyone with diabetes, or wanting to keep an eye on your sugar levels. Great product to have on hand.
