I bought the Freestyle Neo Precision meter as a second meter after my first meter seemed to be giving wide-ranging results. Most of the time the Neo meter comes in close to the other meter, once in a while, not. The over-the-counter cost for the test strips is reasonable and lower than most. These test strips require a larger blood sample than my other meter. The biggest issue with the strips is theyre only sold at Walmart, CVS, and Rite Aid. There are no Rite Aid stores in my state, leaving me with only Walmart and CVS. In the last 3 months, Walmart has not had the strips in stock and CVS only had 1 box of 50. I had to order these on the web and buy 3 boxes to meet the minimum free shipping requirement. Note, there is an expiration date for test strips, but Ill use the three boxes before the date, about 1 year from the time I ordered them. See more

This is a great price for the product. It is great to have the correct amount sent to the house, rather than to go to the store and find out that they are out of the product.

I purchased these blood glucose strips and associated meter to replace a generic brand that my insurance company provides. I find the test strips easy to use and provide a reliable and consistent reading. I have use the strips and meter in parallel with my generic test strips and meter and find that the meters match on occasion or the FreeStyle meter is just a few numbers lower than the generic. I would not hesitate to recommend the use of these strips.
