there work very well for testing your ketone levels. i have used others that dont work as well.

These are poorly made. I have used about 15 so far, and the results have been mottled and blotchy across the Test area. Parts are dark, parts are near-white, and its difficult to have confidence in which color is accurate. The measure of a good Test Strip is consistent application of the reactive agent across the test area. Once you wet it, the color should be uniform. These are anything but. I will pay more and go back to the TruePlus. While more expensive, they worked well.

these little sticks are awesome. You can pee on them and see exactly where you are with carbs. I use these for following my hardcore Atkins diet. They work great and are a very helpful and useful tool. If I go off my diet over the weekend I can see over the course of the next couple days how I get back to a state of ketosis. It becomes a really really helpful thing to see I will give you a warning, these can be a little bit addictive and you can find yourself being very compulsive and obsessive with having to use him pretty much on a daily basis. I love these things. Great price. Cheaper than inside stores inside drugstores pharmacies ID this is the cheapest I have ever found them is on walmart.com. Great productyour metabolism burning carbs. While not necessary on a Low Carb Diet, it will show that ketones are present in the urine. Low Carb and High Protein diet will turn them pink. Low Carb and High Fat diet will turn the sticks purple. The key to ketosis is having them change color, meaning that fat is the fuel source.
