This is the best antacid on the market as far as I am concerned. It works like Alka-Seltzer without the risk of a gastric bleed because it does not contain asprin.

Check the sodium levels on other antacids and compare to Picot. This is the product everyone needs to purchase, not those with high sodium.

One packet contains over 30% of the recommended allotment of sodium. If you have high blood pressure, you might want to consider another solution. Or just take a couple of swallows. That said, it is useful because Alka Seltzer doesnt seem to be available without a pain reliever in it. This contains only bicarb for acid relief and citric acid to make it fizz.
