I absolutely love these Alka-Seltzer Chews for heartburn. They started working for me almost instantly! When I get heartburn, it literally burns in my throat and chest. All the pain went away so fast and I didnt feel like I had trapped air anymore. The cool mint flavor even tasted great, plus added bonus was it didnt taste like chalk. It kinda felt like a heartburn medicine & a breath mint all in one. I thought this was clever & made perfect sense. I mean, a lot of times I get heartburn right after I eat. Alka-Seltzer Cool Action Extra Strength Heartburn Relief Chews are officially my go to for heartburn. It has a cool feeling when you chew it that instantly provides some relief. I was worried about how it would taste but it actually has a smooth non chalky taste to it. It says to chew 2 to 4 tablets as symptoms occur. I chewed 2 and it gave me relief for the rest of the night. Im not very keen on taking liquid medicine so I love that they came out with these chewy tablets.The only thing I would change about it is the packaging. I would like to have a smaller bottle to carry in my purse in case my heartburn acts up. I would recommend Alka-Seltzer® Cool Action Extra Strength Heartburn ReliefChews® to everyone! Heartburn is something that comes around for me randomly, its not always due to what I consume and sadly sometimes Im not prepared for the pain when it hits. I prefer chewables, but what I usually take for relief tends to not kick in for at least 10-15 minutes. But then I got to try Alka-Setzer Cool Action and Im rather surprised at how effective it is. The taste is great, not chalky like others, and it works immediately. I can feel the coolness as it goes down and within mere minutes I am getting the relief I need. Instant relief, thats all I want when it comes to helping my heartburn. These Alkaline-Seltzer antacids provide me relief within seconds. The cooking sensation of these chews helps tremendously. The flavor isnt too pungent like some mint flavors are. The bottle comes with 30 chews, this is now my new favorite because it works. If you have any stomach issues, these work to help neutralize the acids. I have already used them for about 5 days, I get heartburn a lot and indigestion.
