I was so pleased! On the boat for a total week and no motion sickness! Last cruise I didnt use it and I was sick the whole time! The cruise was ruined! And it did not make me sleepy like Dramamine does,

Ingetvsverely dizzy riding in any car and this works get .I take 2 one hour before leaving. Believe me it really works and does last 24 hours
