As Ive gotten older, Ive developed a sensitive stomach, especially when I over-indulge in food, drink or whatever. More often than not, when I feel a bit nauseous at bedtime, I chew a couple of these and feel fine the next morning. In those rare times when I really over-indulge, Ive been known to wake up during the night to chew two more, followed by a couple more the following morning. There are other products I could use -- Maalox, Alka-Seltzer, or Pepto-Bismal -- but there are gastro-intestinal side effects with those products. Nauzene has become my favorite form of relief.
