I suffer from allergies to most grains. Doctor told me long ago to use Florastor, which I did for several years. Then I tried several cheaper probiotics, but they did not help me very much. Recently I went back to Florastor and am feeling much better. Walmart has the best price I have found.

I use the product for myself everyday on the advice of my gastroenterologist after having C-Diff. It has kept me very healthy. In fact, I have had far fewer sinus infections since I have been on Florastor. I am a "lifer" for this pill -- two times a day -- never stop -- were my instructions! It works! After taking this supplement for about over a week, I definitely felt better in my day to day. I often have problems with my stomach but felt my over all digestion felt in a better place after a week of taking these supplements.
