Works very well, I take an antibiotic daily and have to have the probiotic.

Im sure the product is of good quality, but at only a 100 million potency, most if not all active culture is destroyed in the stomach by digestive enzymes. It is recommended to take anywhere from 25 Billion to 50 Billion to affect flora balance in the body, again much of the culture is destroyed during digestion so much larger potency is needed to make it down to the intestine where it is needed.
