KY made a gel lubricant then started making a liquid type that was awful. This gel medium goes on cold but quickly warms up with use and it stays where yo need it. The runny type just leak off and really dont lubricate well.

This is the only gel my husband and I use. If it gets dry just splash a little water on from a water bottle. The gel is water soluble and gets real slick when mixed with water. Doesnt take much just a little.

I have tried other brands but have found that this doesnt dry quickly nor does it loose the sensitivity between me and my wife
