I used Earthly Taupe for years as a base color. It was a fantastic, barely shiny pinky light cocoa that wore all day and barely creased. I went to the Maybelline display at Walmart to replace it, and it was gone. The new colors are all very shiny! Wheres my much loved color?

Earthly taupe 5 stars...not having it anymore 0 stars! I have been using Earthly Taupe for years and now that I need to replenish my stock, I can no longer find it anywhere! This is the perfect blending color. Please let the people in charge know how very popular and wonderful this eyeshadow was to us. Very unhappy to know that it has been discontinued. Especially with it not being replaced with anything remotely close to this perfect light matte taupe eyeshadow :(

Im rating this as poor because I am incredibly disappointed to no longer be able to buy earthy taupe. There are certain staples Maybelline is known for, and that I came to rely on. Losing Earthy Taupe is heartbreaking, and I really hope you consider bringing this one back. I feel the way I felt when Coke decided to try a new recipe... then brought back Coke Classic. They did it quickly enough that we loyals stayed true. Thats a hint. Heres your chance. LISTEN to what your people are saying. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE EARTHY TAUPE! I am so disappointed to find out you have discontinued Earthly Taupe. It would have been nice to see a substitute available. I find it difficult to believe that this was not a popular shade since it was always low or out of stock when I would go to purchase it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

So Im not the only one grieving the loss of Earthly Taupe... I have tried all other similar colors from your products, and they dont make the cut at all. Too pink, too sparkly, too white. I also have used the powder highlighter from the Brow Drama Pro Palette soft brown and liked that, but I dont want to keep buying the whole palette just for the highlighter, and I cant find the highlighter sold alone. That has a nice, natural, not harsh look to it, like Earthly Taupe did, which is what I liked about both. Please give us some more natural looking options, or bring back Earthly Taupe or sell the highlighter separately! See more
