I purchased these regularly for the higher quality floss before the “new look, same floss”, it is NOT the same floss as before. Now they are like many others on the market. I dont know if its a defective batch or if its a different process but most of them just shred and get stuck in your teeth now. Im stuck with 3 bags and searching for a new product

I bought these recently and their quality has degraded significantly from the previous micro mint flossers I used to buy. The floss on these starts to shred after only a couple of teeth and they are pretty much useless half way through flossing. Can you please revert back to the older model.

I have used Plackers for years and swear by them but the latest design change is not working for me. Consider going back to the previous design. Floss breaks easily and often. Foldout pick too short for comfort. Manufacturing savings vrs. Customer satisfaction? Always the dilemma.

I just purchased the micro mint flossers and they shred terribly , I hate them , I have to use 2 or 3 to help remove the shreds from the first flosser I use !!!

These shred right away, so not only do the shredded pieces get stuck in your teeth, but the food gets stuck in the shreds. Very disappointed
