Colgate Kids Interactive Talking Toothbrush, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

There are a few different reasons I like this tooth brush. The first thing is that its ninja turtles and seriously what kid doesnt like the ninja turtles? I love that it had voices of the ninja turtles telling you what part of your mouth you need to brush and then switches about every 30 seconds or so. Each time it switches it tells you what part of your mouth you are going to be brushing. This is great for small kids that get side tracked easily when brushing or dont want to brush the full 2 minutes. It has a super easy on and off switch and comes with the batteries already inside so you dont have to worry about that. Another great perk to this toothbrush is that because it is a power brush it vibrates. My son is on the spectrum and most children need a lot of sensory input. When he is not brushing his teeth he still enjoys the toothbrush because he can get all the sensory input he needs just by turning it on and playing with it in his mouth or touching his face with it. So for us it doubles as two great things that highly benefit my son. See more

This may quite possibly be the coolest toothbrush on the market right now for kids! I got this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle talking toothbrush for my four year old daughter who can really benefit from the timer and brush coach. The biggest obstacle in using the toothbrush is getting comfortable (and used to!) with the oscillating brush head. With a little supervision, we were finally able to conquer this; sometimes the brush gets turned on first (before putting the brush in our mouth!) and toothpaste sprays all over. That being said, I would probably recommend this brush for a child who is at least 5 years old. She loved the fact that this brush talks and uses fun voices to tell her when it is time to focus brushing on a different part of the mouth. The toothbrush is brightly colored and just really fun to look at and use. It is easy for little hands to operate and the brush head seems to be a perfect size for her. The batteries are included which is great! You CAN replace the batteries. Unfortunately, you CANNOT replace the brush head. This is probably the biggest detriment to this product. Spending $10 on a kids toothbrush seems a little expensive to me, especially when you cannot replace the part that will get the most use! Overall we are happy with this product and I will be ordering a second one for my two year old because she thinks this toothbrush is awesome too. See more

This is a talking power brush from Colgate. It features teenage ninja turtles and their voices. The brush has a coach, it also has a two minute timer and quadrant timer which means it lets you know what part of what jaw to brush and how long. The ninja turtles even Congratulate you after you are done. It is a great brush for a kid to start learning how to brush their teeth right. The brush bristles are extra soft so they dont hurt sensetive childs teeth or gums. The brush operates on two AAA batteries, it has on/off power buttons. The round part of the head spins and cleans kids teeth twice as better than a regular tooth brush. The brush is of bright green color with white and blue head and teenage ninja turtles pictured on the handle. The brush is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision required for children under 8. The child must not bite or chew the brush. The brush head is not replaceable, so after some time you will have to throw away the whole thing which is kind of waste of money. Overall its a fun brush which makes it fun for you kids to brush their teeth. See more
