This is the best toothbrush made by ORAL-B because the bristles are even, it has a comfort grip handle to it does not slip out of your hand when wet, and the small oval shape allows easy access to all surfaces of the teeth ... like behind the last molars, too.

I think these are only soft. They are NOT soft enough to be considered Ultra Soft.

This tooth brush is not soft at all, it made my guns bleed twice. This head of the tooth brush is very small and narrow which makes it hard to brush you tongue, cheeks and the top of your mouth. Do not buy.

I agree with the other review, its a hard bristle and does hurt the gum. Will not recommend it.
