To start, I would say if you have very sensitive gums this brush may not be for you. For me personally, though, this toothbrush has been awesome so far! The grip on the handle is very comfortable, to start. It has a soft gel that makes it easy to grip. Along with the grip, the tip of the toothbrush is slightly thinner, making it ideal to get far back in your mouth. As I stated it is a former toothbrush, not necessarily hard bristles, but the hold up to pressure. I just got the Oral-B 3D White Luxe Toothbrush and used it for the first time tonight. It has amazing features such as the flexible sides that allow you to brush gently and comfortably but it still feels powerful enough to polish away stains on your teeth. One thing to keep in mind before purchasing is that the brush head is a bit larger than a normal toothbrush head so one should keep this in mind if they have a small mouth. Im one who is all about her electric Oral-B toothbrush, but when I go on trips I always take a manual toothbrush. I have found my "go-to" manual toothbrush!! After the first use, I noticed how squeaky-clean my teeth felt and looked, and I hardly ever felt that way with other manual toothbrushes. After 4 days of using the m this toothbrush, I noticed my teeth looked more polished. Oral-B did a great job with this toothbrush! I highly recommend to everyone. To be honest I was a little intimidated y this toothbrush at first. It had a large crazy looking head. Different than any toothbrush I have used before and quite larger. I did not think I was going to like it. However, it was pretty good! It almost wrapped around my teeth when I brush and makes them feel really clean. The flex head is nice and makes a comfortable brushing and the bristles are not to soft and not to rough. It also has a plastic-y bristle in the middle that I think cleans away more surface stains than a normal toothbrush. It says its 3D whitening. At first I didnt believe it but I do think that middle part does clean the surface stains better and maybe over time makes them whiter. I had the crest 3D white toothpaste at home it recommends to use with it and they both did a great job together. I also liked the colors of the toothbrush. The only bad part (and why I took off a star) its too big to fit in my toothbrush holder hole. Otherwise its a great brush and I would recommend it. I think the Oral B 3D White ProFlex Manual Toothbrush is way too big for a thorough clean. Its larger than most toothbrushes so its hard to efficiently clean the back molars for individuals with smaller mouths. Im also not a big fan of the excessive rubbery flaps on the toothbrush. Ive used toothbrushes in the past with a mixture of rubber and bristles but I feel there are so many large rubber bristles in the middle that its even harder to deeply clean around and on teeth and gum tissue effectively. For my friends and family who like a larger toothbrush head, this would totally be a plus! But for us tiny jaw folk, Id give this a pass. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] See more
