I will be the first to admit that I have what my dentists have described as "bad teeth." Genetically, my teeth have many crevices and are prone to cavities even with obsessive care and cleaning. I have been using it twice daily for the past four weeks and have been pleasantly surprised with the decrease in my tooth sensitivity. Additionally, my teeth do seem whiter. Out of every benefit though, my favorite part about the toothpaste is how my teeth feel after I clean them; it seems like this toothpaste protects against plaque much better than my old brand. For hours after brushing my teeth, my teeth still feel smooth. I also love how minty the toothpaste is. In the morning, the flavor of the toothpaste helps me wake up without overpowering me.
