Returns & Exchanges

1. OUR BEAUTY PROMISE At Sephora, we want you to feel confident and absolutely love every product you purchase. If a foundation shade isn't your perfect match or a product didn't meet your expectations, we offer a convenient return policy within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. STRICT HYGIENE & CONDITION RULES Due to the intimate nature of cosmetics and skincare, we adhere to strict health and hygiene regulations:

  • Unused/Unopened Items: We gladly accept returns of products in their original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.
  • Gently Used Items: Depending on the category, we may accept gently tested products if returned within the 30-day window. However, if a product is significantly used (more than 10%), the return may be declined. For sanitary reasons, all opened returns are safely disposed of and never resold.
  • Final Sale: Cosmetic brushes, sponges, false eyelashes, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS Eyeshadow palettes and glass bottles are fragile. If your order is damaged in transit (e.g., shattered highlighter or a broken pump):

  • Please contact us at Sephora@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
  • We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. ALLERGIC REACTIONS Because everyone's skin is unique, we highly recommend reviewing the ingredient list on our product pages before purchasing. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact our Customer Care team to resolve the issue.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Ship the package to our Boston Returns Center (the exact address will be provided with your RMA).
  • Refunds to your original payment method generally take 5–7 business days to process after we receive and inspect your return.
