Our state-of-the-art fulfillment center is strategically located in Newark, New Jersey (near Newark Liberty International Airport), allowing us to process and ship your orders with incredible speed and efficiency across the United States.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES We know you are eager to unbox your new signature scent!

• Standard Processing: Most orders are processed, carefully packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
• Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday), processing may take up to 3–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.

3. HAZMAT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS (IMPORTANT) Please note: Because perfumes, colognes, and body sprays contain alcohol, they are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

• In compliance with federal law, all fragrance orders must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping.
• For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot ship perfumes via expedited air services. We are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

4. SHIPPING RATES We want to make your luxury shopping experience even better:

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders totaling $59.00 or more.
• Flat Rate: For orders under $59.00, a competitive flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days depending on your state.
