Product is good, packaging was very bad, damaged. Ive been using this product for last six years and is very good for dry skin!!! Walmart needs to improve the packaging

I have used this product for many years. Recently I bought the new 48 hour lotion. I dont like the smell at all. Smells like motor oil or something like that. I am very disappointed. My husband is very sensitive to smells and this one bugged him. I was on a rv trip across country and couldnt just stop to buy something else. Luckily I had more products to use. Not sure what the problem was with this bottle. I was afraid to buy more as it probably would be the same. Sorry to say need something else to use. Thanks.

First of all it hurts me to give this review. I but NIVEA PRODUCTS all the time. About a month ago I purchased NIVEA 48. The smell was terrible, the lotion is brown and has a foul smell. I dont have the receipt anymore but I want to know has anyone else experiences this. The texture of the lotion is not the same of the other products Ive purchased. I havent discarded it yet because I want to know if its this brand.

I have been using this product for years and I love the scent, the moisturizing, the consistency, everything about it! I use it after every shower. Please, Nivea, dont ever change it, including the fragrance!

I purchased two (2) 16.9 oz. bottles of the Essentially Enriched Lotion about 2-3 months ago. I already had other moisture products that I decided to finish before starting the Nivea. As I pumped the first time the liquid came out like water. I shook the bottle thinking that was what it needed. When I did so it sounded exactly like nothing but water...not a thick substance at all. I renoved the pump and poured it out into a clear glass. And it settled in sections. The bottom was somewhat clear, the center was a bit thicker white substance and the top was thin and watery. This made me examine the 2nd bottle which was exactly the same. Something is really wrong here. See more
