Just a FYI teal will last longer than it says but I didnt mind! My hair did turn green after 12 washes so I dyed over it with the LOreal Semi Permanet Maroon dye and it covered it perfectly. I love this semi permanent dye its fun and its so easy to change up your hair. Definitely will try burgundy dye next!

I love this product! I have medium blonde hair and used the pink 200. My hair is long, and it did take the whole tube to achieve an ombré look. I shampooed my hair then made sure to dry it completely. I applied it first to a section underneath then to the tips and my front face framing sections. I then worked the product up to about what would be in a ponytail. I finished by running my fingers with a little bit of product all through my hair, I didnt want a harsh line. I left it on for 30 minutes and I did shampoo and condition during the rinse out with color care products. Day 1-pretty in pink. Day 2-(shampooed and conditioned again) supper great rose gold. I love it! Be sure to dry your hair before you wear your favorite shirt or go to bed and use a black or rag towel. It does transfer to linens, but for me only when it was wet. See more

So great! Had a beautiful sparkle to the rose gold color. I have dark brown roots with a balayage (just lifter). 100% reccommend for those wanting to try color without damaging or committing. Ive tried other color sprays, and most will really stiffen up your hair in an undesirable way. LOréal Colorista spray does not do this at all! I applied it in layers after styling. I used the entire canister to have the all over hue I wanted. Warning* Spray hair outside with a towel around you to protect clothes. Will rub onto your hands if you touch your hair throughout the day, but not terribly so. See more

I bought this to test for a temporary beard coloring. Ive agreed to do a purple beard (over my gray) for a relay race, but dont want to keep it forever. Ill be spending 36 hours running different segments in the heat, and wanted something to stay, but not stay forever--and didnt want it all over me. I completely disregarded the guidance on the can for "highlights and hints", instead going for heavy full coverage. Ive attached photos--one immediately after applying, one after running 6 miles in the mist and light rain, and one after 3 washes with clarifying shampoo and a 15 minute soak with 3% hydrogen peroxide. My beard dried pretty stiff, but that is likely because I put on a LOT all at once, rather than applying in light layers. It was also quite difficult to remove, again, likely because I went so heavy. It did shed--on everything, but really it wasnt all that bad. Considering how heavy I put it on, the collar of my running jacket only had a light amount of staining despite the rain. A kleenex could rub some off, but it wasnt noticeable to the effect. After the run, a soak with hot water didnt remove a bit--shampoo was required. This stuff is a win for me, no question. Now I just need to get the lighter purple to do streaks! One hint: soap and water does pretty good on skin, rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball does better! See more

The LOreal Colorista spray was a nice treat for my children. Their dad is completely against coloring their hair, even with a temporary dye, so this was a nice compromise. Using the spray is pretty easy, but you do need to protect any surface in the area. We got some on the bathroom counter and floor, but it came off easily. (I cleaned it up right after it happened.) We tried the spray on several colors of hair and it shows up, but is much more subtle on darker hair. The spray says it will come out in wash, and we found this to be true, but only for hair! It got on both kids scalps and didnt come off with the one wash, but Im hoping a second wash will take it off. A tip I wish had been on the bottle: Style hair the way you want it first, then spray. Once the spray is in the hair, it is very hard to style. Now that we know these things, we will be trying other colors! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] See more
