I got the sample size of the shampoo and conditioner and after a few uses (I have fine, thin, short hair) went out and got the full sizes. The funny thing is that months ago Id tried the hair mask from this line (the one that comes in a tub) and didnt think it was "all that." Its okay but nothing to write home about. Somehow, this conditioner (and really the accompanying shampoo also) is great at smoothing out split ends and detangling. I usually do have to use a leave-in conditioner after my shower to help with frizz, and I realize that this stuff is just temporarily making my damaged hair look better, but it works for me. My hair is a tall order because it is tangly, frizzy and somewhat curly so needs a heavy-duty conditioner but is also extremely fine and thin so can be weighed down easily by heavy products. Somehow this product works. I would truly recommend this and the shampoo, as well as the leave-in dry oil for touch ups. Especially since Ive tried more expensive products and havent really seen better or even as-good-as results. Why not at least give this conditioner a whirl first? See more

I got a sample of the shampoo, conditioner and the balm in the mail a few months ago. I took a trip and got to try the shampoo and conditioner. I was amazed at it made my dry wavy hair so soft and manageable. I currently have the following high end brands in my bathroom: bed head moisture maniac, Redken all soft, Wella, and Biolage. This product by LOréal is better than all or just as good as the Biolage balm. I need to definitely get the entire line. I have yet to try the balm but Im sure its probably great! My daughter and I love this product. We have naturally curly hair that gets damaged with heat and for the price it works well.

This did nothing to repair my hair. In fact it was even more tangled then before. Very disappointed.
