The new 24 hour fragrance is terrible. Its way too strong. Shouldnt your clarifying shampoo be fragrance free? The previous scent was tolerable and didnt cause you to open up the windows of the house. Seriously should I use the 24 hour fragrance shampoo and then the 24 hour fragrance conditioner and then when Im done with that use the 24 hour deodorant? Absolutely absurd.

I have been using the daily clarifying shampoo for quite a long time (10+ years) and Ive always appreciated that it cleaned my hair well and didnt have a strong scent. I ran out of the last bottle and purchased a new one without noticing this "New 24 hour scent!" banner across the front. Mortal mistake. The new scent is intolerable. I made it barely a week before I gave up and went to look for alternative shampoos. I can smell it on my clothing and bedding.

Huge mistake by Suave. This clarifying shampoo is well known in every hair curly, straight, and wavy hair community. People share online whats best and this ranks up there. The scent is the terrible. YES. However, the job it does prior to change, wonderful. Now, the ingredients have been cut in half. Once silky hair is now drab and dried out, not to mention stiff. Its unfathomable why a product that is wildly popular would take a leap into changing their ingredient list. now the race is on to scour the shelves of every store for the original in order to buy time to find a new clarifying shampoo. goodbye Suave. Ive used this product for decades. It used to hypoallergenic, fragrance free, and clean rinsing. What ever was added to make lasting fragrance now causes an itchy scalp allergic reaction.

I have a serious allergy to perfumes. Ive used Suave shampoo for approximately 40 years as it works great for fine/thin/oily hair without over drying. The lates change made to your product the "long lasting fragrance" is unacceptable for those of us with chemical/perfume sensitivies. years ago you made an aloe vera shampoo that was wonderful then that was discontinued and i started using the daily claify. Im very disappointed in the change to your product and hope that you can go back to an unscented or just natural product scent. See more
