I have been using this eyeliner in black pearl for many years and it was the absolute best. Just purchased 2 new ones and they are horrible. Not only has the package changed, but so has the eyeliner. It is dry and does not go on very easily. There is hardly any pigment in it and it breaks almost every time you apply pressure. Waste of money.

I always purchase Black Pearl shade happy with the color, but here lately the pencil has been breaking and breaking. I do not turn it up too much. It just snaps!

I finally decided to purchase a brown eyeliner...and I am not disappointed. This not only glides on the water line amazing, but it lasts all day! Get this!!

I have tried sooo many eyeliners and this one is fantastic! It wears all day with very little smudging and goes on smoothly. I have tried expensive eyeliners and those end up smearing and smudging so badly. This is by far my favorite and you cant beat the inexpensive price.

A non-expensive, no smudge easy to apply eyeliner! Works great, doesnt smudge throughout the day. If I had to say something negative it would be that the applicator twister is loose so it twists by itself sometimes. Other than that, great product!
