I have used this eyeliner for years and love it. It goes on very smoothly but is easily blended. I have never had a problem with it bleeding, it stays put.

I bought this eyeliner as it was advertised to enhance green eyes, and there is color-matched mascara to go with it. I liked the effect of the two together, and have repeatedly purchased both. The eyeliner seems to last a long time and therefore is a good value. I would recommend this and will purchase it again.
