I loved this pencil until I had to sharpen it. It was impossible to sharpen- the outer part got sharpened but not the inner part so I kept on sharpening it- which left the outer part sharp and the inner part kept falling out- so I couldnt use the pencil. Im so disappointed- please fix this!

I have purchased the liner 4 times now hoping that maybe the next one i would be able to sharpen. I love the liner but for the price i should be able to sharpen it and because i cant sharprn it i waist so much of line. Definitly a mistake in the production. Again if they could figure out a way to sharpen it i would be purchasing all the time

I had the same sharpening problem as everyone else, and was really getting discouraged and almost threw the eyeliner away. But I discovered that all I needed to do was to first use a knife to scrape off the outer plastic coating near the tip, then I was able to use a sharpener to sharpen the tip for use. Its kind of ridiculous that I have to do this to be able to use this eyeliner, but I must say that I do like the way the eye liner glides on once it is properly sharpened, and it lasts all day. LOreal, please re-engineer the outer coating so it is easier to sharpen! See more

I bought three of these, because when I got the first one, I loved it! The liner went on nice and smoothe, so without wasting anytime, I went back on line and order two more colors. Unfortunately, when I went to sharpen the first one I bought,, I realized that they do not automatically sharpen as I thought they did. How deceiving to have a pencil with a piece that turns on the end, to lead you to believe that when you do this, the liner will come out sharpened all on its own! I went out and bought another pencil sharpener, because I thought my old one wasnt working. The new one from Revlon didnt work either! So now I have three pencils that I might as well toss in the garbage. See more

I bought this product a week ago and loved it. It was very easy to use, lasted all day and looked great. However when I tried to sharpen it with my makeup pencil sharpener the outer covering was impossible to sharpen. It was a mess and too dangerous to use around my eyes so it had to be tossed. Please change the outer covering or make a sharpener specifically for it. My sharpener was brand new and used for the first time with this product.
