I bought this bc Ive loved the infallible products in the past, but its impossible to sharpen!!! I refuse to buy the special sharpener when I already have a sharpener that is perfectly fine for other liners. The package doesnt say that it��s required or I wouldnt have bought it to begin with. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

Purchased a week ago, loved the product UNTIL you need to sharpen....what a nightmare! This pencil is encased in plastic, followed directions (even used a Loreal sharpener). What a waste of money! Pencil is ruined. LOreal products are usually GREAT! This eye pencil is NOT!

I have recently switched to this eyeliner as the matte-matic Ive used for years would not stay on all day. I loved the product as it stays on very well and I like the color. I almost gave up on this pencil until I purchased the dual sharpener fro LOréal. All my sharpeners just made a mess of the pencil. I would highly recommend this pencil, but but the sharpener from the beginning.

Exchange my other two liners for this eyeliner because it went on pretty smooth until i sharpened it and lost most of the pencil because it was hard to sharpen.very disappointed. Dont dare bring it back because I already exchanged 2 of my revlon pencil for 2 of yours.C an you help me out?

I purchased this pencil and of course just like everyone else I went to advance the tip only to have to go online to read it needs to be sharpened. That doesnt work well at all because the pencil is made of plastic. What a waste of money.
