I am typically a big fan of the black mascara, but I was super excited to try out the burgundy color for a change, and the promised volume was an added bonus. The burgundy didnt show up like I was expecting. The only way you saw it was when you would wipe it off. I do wish the color was more vibrant and noticeable! The name states that it is a “volume building mascara” and it took me a few layers to finally see some added volume. One benefit is that the mascara is formulated to resist clumping, it went on so smooth and seemed to separate and hit every single lash extremely well. I would consider this specific mascara in the future, but in my opinion, stick with your regular color. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] See more

its very devastating when women lose their lashes due to the aftermath of chemotherapy. Every month Ive waited for my lashes to grow back. Finally after two years of cancer treatments my lashes started to grow. However they were too short and brittle.. I needed a mascara that would lengthen my lashes without flaking and tearing them. After trying just about every mascara I found the perfect one for women like myself. LOréal Voluminous mascara not only lengthen my lashes, but importantly it conditioned and thicken my lashes. It goes on smoothly, washes off with soap and water. The mascara has a nice brush and the tube lasts a good two months. I love my lashes and this is my go-to mascara!

I wanted to love this product, but its not for me. I tried this twice: 1ce when layering it with waterproof mascara (to “glue” the curl in place) and one on curled, clean lashes. Wanted: something that would make the green in my hazel eyes pop and color that would show up on my dark lashes. Got: bright color upon application that faded as the product dried. Pros: smooth application (but got clumpy with 3rd layer when I tried for more color) Cons: color didnt deliver solo and looked non-existent when layered over waterproof mascara. I bet this looks absolutely lovely on people with lighter hair who are looking for a product to darken their lashes with a fun hue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] See more
