This is my favorite allergy and sinus medicine. Works very well to stop headaches due to sinus congestion! Ive tried other products but this works the best for me!

I have always had allergies but for some reason, one year they flared up more than normal & I simply couldnt kick it, they have been that bad ever since. My eyes were bright pink & making strings of goo that resembled spider webs & it hurt to blink. It felt like I had sand paper in my eyes & no doctor could figure out what was wrong & this went on for WAY too long. They all thought it was pink eye but finally someone said to do an allergy test. In doing an allergy test, I was at least moderately if not severely allergic to everything I was tested for. I tried immunotherapy & due to work schedule could never finish it. I tried this pill on a whim & I will never go back to Benadryl. This pill is actual MAGIC. It took away all of my allergy symptoms & gave me back my sanity. I am now on a long term allergy pill regimen but when I have a flare up & my eyes feel like they have sand in them & theyre making goo - NOTHING - not drops, not Benadryl, not Zyrtec, not Claritin works in stopping the symptoms, only this does. If Walmart stopped making this pill, I simply dont know what I would do. THANK YOU Wal-Mart! See more

I have become sleepy about 45 min from taking JUST one, which surprises me since it takes twice that amount with regular 25mg of Benedryl that I usually get. I will stick with this one because you cant beat the quality for the price, my allergies were kicking my butt for nearly two weeks before I picked this upon the whim. It helps with runny nose, my itchy throat and headaches. Just beware that you will sleepy, like nodding off kind of sleepy, I wouldnt recommend taking in the daytime before work.

We have purchased Equate for Severe Allergy & Sinus Headache at our local Walmart store for several years and it is similar to the Benadryl tablets that we use to purchase but is no longer available. The reason we like this product is because it has only 5 mg of Nasal Decongestant along with the Antihistamine in one tablet that is good for 4 hours. Due to high blood pressure problems our family can not use anything that has more than 5 mg of Nasal Decongestant in a tablet and we need both the small amount of Nasal Decongestant and Antihistamine together in a product to help our allergy problems . In recent weeks the local Walmart stores have not stocked this particular merchandise and have started stocking allergy and sinus medicine we can not use. Therefore, it was necessary for us to order a big supply for our family online so we can prevent allergy attacks and sinus blockage problems. See more
