Works great for my morning sinus headaches. I take this at night before bed and wake up without a headache. Bonus it helps me sleep. I recommend taking at least 8hrs before you need to get up.

This is the only otc meds my husband has found that helps his lifelong allergies. Hes had allergy testing done, but the prescription meds still dont help him with allergy symptoms as much as these do. I hope Walmart has these forever. My only complaint is that these arent available in the larger bulk bottle that the regular ones are in so we have to deal with the excess packaging by buying several of these boxes every week.

I ordered the Allergy & Sinus headache that had less antihistamine in it. These blue ones have over twice the amount and make my wife way too sleepy so she has to take only 1/2 of one. Why did they quit making the other ones? I would like to know.
