My family has been a Mylanta family for as long as I can remember! Itll definitely come in handy during the food fest that is also known as July 4th! I use this for instant relief when I cant wait for pill form to work. You can feel it coating on the way down. The taste could be improved as well as the texture but it does the job. Always good to have a bottle on hand [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I usually use a different antacid for my heartburn and have been pretty loyal to that different brand. I tried this several times and it works really well. The classic flavor isnt something youd sip on but it gets the job done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
