It also works for asthma, I rub a little on my chest. It has helped me plus it helps with my vertigo.

6 months ago i was diagnosed with vertigo.. they still to this day do not know what is causing it besides it is not my inner ear. Vertigo has seriously affected my life and is debilitating to many aspects of my life. I cant walk straight, see straight or sometimes even form sentences properly because Im so disoriented. I did a desperate google search for anything to help and found this. It is a life changer! It does not make it completely go away but I no longer feel as if I am a zombie who left my brain in another room. Instantly you feel a sense of regaining mental clarity and releases neck stiffness. I highly recommend. I stopped using it at one point for two weeks and when I started again my mind was blown all over again of how good this stuff is. See more
