I wasnt sure whether this would help with my sea sickness on our recent trip. But I figured that the reviews were good enough that I would give it a try. I was okay until the third day when the seas became choppy and it was instantaneously downhill from there. I remembered I had this and used as directed on the package. It definitely made a difference for me. Reduced my nausea. People have commented on the smell but I think the smell is what helped the most. I didnt find the smell offensive at all, it was actually quite calming. It consists of natural oils so its not perfumey (thank goodness, I cant imagine stinky perfume smells on top of the nausea). I bought this for a 7 day cruise, we hit pretty bad weather, I used these drops behind my ears and motion sickness stopped.

all 4 of my kids and myself have motion sickness. I have used this for 3 of my kids (4th hasnt tried it yet) for long trips. Works fantastically. we tried the motion sickness pills and it didnt work, and the kids REFUSED to take them. This was simple drop behind the ears and hours of relief. Only issue is to make sure you wash your hands. I forgot to and it made me horribly sick.
