These are great if you need quick relief for all your digestive ailments. HOWEVER, these big, chalky pills are very difficult to swallow. Especially if you are already nauseous. I would give them 5 stars if they were smaller and easier to swallow.

I use these all the time as I see fit. The older you get it seems like the more quit working like they should. Everybody needs some help one time or another.
