I tried the Align DuelBiotic Prebiotic to see if it would make a difference in my health. The gummies taste really good. There are grape,cherry and orange. They dont have a vitamin/medicine taste at all. They taste just like gummies candy. They are very soft and easy to chew. Now to the healthy gut part. I have no idea if it works or not. Are you supposed to feel a difference, I dont know. I do know that it has the healthy bacteria in it,which is a good thing. Would I buy these again, probably. I love the smell and I love the taste and texture of these gummies, coupled with the fact that I know Im doing something healthy for my body makes these a winner in my book. This is what I had been looking for and better. Align Dualbiotic Gummies taste great are easy to chew I feel like Im eating a candy. I had been searching for something to help my gut that was different, this is the one for me. No more worries about my gut flora. I used align dualbiotic cause I have been having digestive issues, and low energy for a while. After using this for 4 days, I noticed that my digestive issues and low energy was pretty much gone. I have been using the new Align DualBiotic Gummies for about a week now and love them! I have tried many probiotic pills over the years, from really expensive brands to the cheapest ones I could find at Walmart. The problem was...I found it hard to stick with the routine of taking them every day, as they quickly became an afterthought. So I am not sure my sporadic use was very beneficial at all. However, with DualBiotic Gummies, I look forward to a morning treat right around breakfast. I actually keep them in the refrigerator because I like the cold sensation, making them a little chewier, and they dont stick together as much. So when I open the fridge door to get something for breakfast, I see my gummies and am immediately reminded to take two to start my day. The fruity flavors are all good, but I like to treat myself to two different flavors. They are sweet enough to feel like a treat, but not enough to have a lot of calories or sugar (which I try to watch). I also appreciate that Align uses natural flavors. Another benefit that I didnt really think about before trying these is that DualBiotic is so named because there are both prebiotics and probiotics, so I am both nourishing my good gut bacteria and adding new ones. I try to eat a healthy diet to keep my body in balance, but if I am being honest with myself, I can use the extra help of Align, especially at certain times of year when hot, steamy weather makes me sweat and unbalances my system.
