I took a chance and purchased these pads over my regular pads (Always Maxi Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads w/Wings). I will NEVER purchase these again. My flow is heavy and in my regular pads I can go at least 2-3 hours before changing, not with these Ultra Thin. After an hour I had to change and when I did, I noticed blood in my under garment that went through to my pants in the front. Thank GOD I had on a long shirt. All day I felt I couldn&#39;t move because I was not sure if the pad had failed to do it&#39;s job. I ended up leaving work early because I felt so self-conscious about the accident. I like the thinness of the Ultra Thin but LOVE the security of the regular maxi Size Extra Heavy provides. Always, DO BETTER!!! See more

I recently switched to pads because tampons have gotten uncomfortable to me. I bought some of everything because I didn&#39;t know what I&#39;d like. Always Ultra Thin, size 1, without wings are the winner! I have not had any leaks, they are comfortable and thin while still being absorbent, and stay in place day and night. I&#39;m petite (5&#39;2&quot;, 115lbs) and these pads completely cover my panties so I don&#39;t need wings and they are still long enough to provide plenty of coverage without feeling like a diaper. Since using these I haven&#39;t had to worry about ruining yet another set of sheets overnight. These pads are ridiculously absorbent and they&#39;re super reliable, I know that whenever I use them I&#39;m not gonna leak and that has honestly lifted so much awkward stress off of having a period. Highly recommend.
