I needed some longer panty liners because I was sick and having accidental diarrhea leakings. These were a great help. The extra longer ones were hard to find and I found them at walmart.com at a great price.

Always brand is simply the best Ive tried, from napkins to pantiliners. The pantiliners (extra long) give the protection I need on a daily basis and allow me to continually feel fresh.
