I have used Carefree pantiliners for the past 10 years. I always found them to be by far the most comfortable, absorbent, and effective liners. However, the new changes to the product are absolutely AWFUL. I wanted to write this review in hopes that someone from Carefree would see this and hopefully influence the company to change back to the previous design. I dont know what you did, but PLEASE PLEASE undo it. After 10 years Ill have to find a new liner to use, but I know they wont be as good as yours used to be. The new liners are very inflexible and hard almost. For example, when theyre in the packaging they dont really bend and the folded edge feels as stiff as cardboard. Then once the liners are on underwear and youre wearing them, they dont bend or mold to your body/underwear but stay stiff making them SUPER uncomfortable to wear. I liked the product before because it feels like youre not wearing anything on your underwear. Now it feels like a stiff diaper. I also find them to be less absorbent, leaving the area damp. Finally, I think because the liners are so stiff now, they dont stick or stay in place as well as they used to. They move throughout the day. To be honest the product really just sucks now. I use these both on and off my period, and I am extremely disappointed that now I have to find a new product, that probably doesnt exist, because of whatever changes were made. If theres a warehouse somewhere of all the old-style liners, please let me know and I will buy them all because I passionately dislike the current ones. Is a little comfort for something women have been enduring since the beginning of time too much to ask?! I wouldve thought you all would have it figured out by now. Super disappointed. See more

Im not sure who had the "brilliant" idea to change this product up and create the "new and improved" version....which feels like a stiff piece of cardboard. The beauty of the OLD version was it was ULTRA thin. Now they feel no better than just the regular, thick, almost-wearing-a-diaper feel liner. Please oh PLEASE undo this change. After being a loyal customer for years...its time to pick up the search for new liners, that dont feel like youve got cardboard between your hoo-haw.

Why did you change a great liner just to make it worse? This has always been my favorite but no more. The new design is stiffer and thicker and feels like a hard cheap generic pad. Seriously, what in the world were you thinking? I will be throwing these awful things away and going straight to your competitor. Youve lost me as a long-time customer.

Ive been buying these liners for 10 years. I recently purchased 2 bags and was SHOCKED at the changes. The new design is HORRIBLE! The liners used to be soft but now they are stiff, uncomfortable, and feel like a piece of cardboard in your underwear! And they arent absorbent one bit! I have teenage daughters and they HATE the new design too. We returned them to the store and are switching brands. Carefree, you have just lost some loyal customers!

Oh Carefree! I have been a loyal customer for decades! The thin pantyliners were worn on a daily basis. I am now in search for a new brand. These are SO uncomfortable! It now feels like a sheet of cardboard in my panties. I am SO disappointed. You guys have lost a lifelong customer. I am so sad!
