I use the overnight pads during the day, They arent perfect, but they work better than the larger day pads. Ninety-eight percent of the time, I stay dry. The pads are very absorbent for someone with heavy urine leakage and who doesnt need to wear a diaper. I dont worry much about leaks with these. I just have to pay attention to how much urine I leak, so I dont reach overcapacity. I would not use these for overnight, however. i require much more coverage when I sleep.

Buying for years for my now 102 year old mother. Notice that the quality of the product was better when we lived and purchased in CA. Dont know why, maybe a different manufacturer/distributor! Anyway, this is by far the better product on the market. It works very well, keeps mom from wetting her pull ups, and provides extra protection overnight when she sleeps.

I was very disappointed with the Tena Overnight pads. I wear the Equate brand pads and love them, but they were back-ordered and thought I would try the Tena as they had good reviews. I wear the overnight 24/7 and these pads bunch up and do not absorb well, leaving my underwear to get wet spots along the elastic. Then I have to change underwear each time I change a pad. I will finish off this package of 48, but I will NOT be buying the Tena brand again.

I used to love this pad until you changed the adhesive on back of the pad. The adhesive dosnt stick any more to my underwear. Very unhappy. I will need to look elsewhere for another brand.

The Tena pads do not bend or break, but tye pads are in a Tena package inside a Tena box inside a Jet box with at least 10 feet of brown packing paper. That is two boxes and all of the paper for me to recycle. I am handicapped and it is a real pain to get two boxes and all that paper to my recycle bin out side. Please take the pads out of the tena box and no paper.
