The shape and length of the Tena overnight pad makes it more efficient than others Ive used -- especially when Im lying down. Also good for daytime use if I know Ill need extra absorbency.

We havent found a pad that compares to Tena Overnights. We live the 48 pack best because my mom goes through about 4 each day due to incontinence. We have tried other brands, but they are not as large in size, nor do they absorb as much liquid.

These pads were great and that is why I continued to purchase them but this last batch I ordered are not the same. The pads are not as thick. It seems the manufacture of the pads may have changed. I hope they go back to the thicker pads.

I use this product with Tena overnight underwear and this keeps me safe from getting the bedding wet and keeps me from having to change all of my clothes.This is a wonderful product "
