I received this product for free from the Walmart SparkReviewer program, in exchange for my honest review. I tested the toothbrush out on my 8 year old son, since it was a kids toothbrush. He loves the Ninja Turtles and was excited about the toothbrush. That alone is worth me buying him another one. I really liked how the brush gave him specific instructions. It told him which quadrant of his mouth to brush and announced when it was time to switch positions. Ive never heard a talking toothbrush do that. All the other brands Ive purchased for him, would just play a tune for 30 seconds and then repeat the tune again and then say Great Job after 1 minute. The Colgate Ninja Turtles toothbrush gives clear instructions in the characters voices and tells the child where to brush and for how long. I thought that was awesome. Especially, since I didnt have to tell my son to "go brush your teeth" the next day. He liked the toothbrush so much, he started brushing on its own. Now thats priceless. Loved the toothbrush and would definitely recommend to any parents who have young children who dont like to brush. See more

This has helped my daughter brush for the full 2 minutes and she actually wants to brush her teeth. She enjoys the fact that she gets a little encouragement throughout the 2 minutes. I think the encouragement after 1 minute and then at the 2 minute mark is a great treat for kids a little thumbs up for completion. This is a great tooth brush if looking for something to help encourage a reluctant child to brush,and who doesnt love their favorite cartoon hero encouraging and congratulation it is well worth it.

I chose to receive this Colgate Kids Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Interactive Toothbrush because my 6 year old grandson needed a brush that could give him more direction of where and how long he should be brushing his teeth. This toothbrush is the perfect solution! This is a great toothbrush because it has a rotating brush head that is battery powered which to a child is fun to push the button and make it go. Better than that though is the fact that his teeth are getting much cleaner with this particular brush. It has a 2 minute timer along with a Turtle voice that speaks to him and tells him what section of his mouth-teeth he should brush and prompts him to change to another section. This toothbrush is a brilliant idea! The brushes are soft enough for a Childs teeth yet firm enough to get the teeth cleaned. The handle on it is slender and fits into his small hands. He likes to brush his teeth already but with this toothbrush I can rest assured he is learning to be more thorough while doing it and he really enjoys the spinning brush and the idea of a Turtle voice to talk to him and keep him company while brushing. Colgate Kids Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Interactive Toothbrush is an incredible dental tool! I love that the toothbrush times you all the way through so the two full minutes of brushing is obtained. This is much better than trying to use a separate timer to ensure kids brush as they should (and adults too!) The brush begins (in Ninja turtle voices) by telling you to brush your upper right teeth. When time is up it tells you when to brush upper left, bottom right, bottom left and so on. It gives words of encouragement via your favorite character asserting directions and praise such as "Cowabunga!" When the spinning brush shuts off the toothbrush then reminds you to brush your tongue! I gave this to my 13 year old daughter because Ninja Turtles are cool for any age or gender. I was tempted to use it myself, but thought that most parents would buy these for children so her input would be most helpful. She loves this toothbrush! Her brother and younger sisters all want one too, and odds are very good theyll find them in this years Easter Basket! The toothbrush we received has extra soft bristles which kids are going to love. It will be gentle on gums, and I think for those children who are still losing teeth that it will encourage brushing even with sore gums. See more

This Colgate Kids Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Interactive Toothbrush is by far adorable! My son who is 7 years old suddenly now cant wait to brush his teeth everyday! This is genius! Honestly I wish they had this when my son was younger to get him to brush. This makes brushing fun for kids for sure! Leonardo and Raphael actually coach you through how to brush better. The character voices coach you through when to brush each section of your mouth and congratulate them after two minutes of them brushing. I wish my toothbrush talked to me! lol The handle on this toothbrush is not to thin or to thick and is perfect for little hands. The speed and power is perfect. Its not to loud either. The bristles itself are not to hard which I prefer my son to use a softer bristle toothbrush so thats a plus for me. Definitely a perfect way to get your stubborn little ones to want to brush their teeth. My son brushes now randomly through the day just so he can hear the voices talking to him. I have always loved Colgate products and once again they for sure did not disappoint me! See more
