This is a replacement for a still working 10 yr old Oral b toothbrush. I was encouraged by my dental hygienist to try one of the tooth brushes. Using these along with flossing has made a overwhelming difference for me in cleaning my teeth at the gum line and no excuses for not brushing right and well. I found there is a difference between brushing your teeth and really brushing your teeth. All I can say is pay now or pay later. This investment has more than paid for itself over and over. I am truly THANKFUL for this technology. One of the reasons for the longevity is when my toothbrush needs recharging I turn it on and let it run completely down then recharge. My teeth have never felt so clean. Ive had gum issues and can really feel how this is brush not only cleans my teeth well but also gives my gum line a good scrub. I love the 30 second pulse that lets you know when to move the brush to another quadrant and then know when your 2 minutes is up. On vacation it held a charge off the charger for about 9 days and then recharged overnight. Black color looks really modern. Dont know why I waited so long to get this. Really good price online. Much cheaper than in the store.

I have had a sonicare for years which is extremely powerful. I have sensitive teeth and back teeth my sonicare could not clean because of the shape of the toothbrush. This toothbrush, although a little bit louder, does a much better job cleaning because its round and easier to reach hard to clean spaces. It works way better on my fixed retainer. Overall it is a really good buy.

I have periodontal disease so my dentist said I should be using an electric toothbrush. I have used a battery operated one for awhile but decided on this one when it was time for a new one. What a difference in power and my teeth feel so much cleaner. The only thing I have noticed is that water seems to get down inside it somehow and it makes a weird sound when I use it the next time. It helps to take it apart and let it air dry but thats kind of a pain. Its a great product though!

I think it is a great toothbrush. I owned the diamond electric toothbrush previously but when that one died I decided to try this Oral B. It was the best choice I couldve made. The only reason I gave it a good for ease of use was Im only able to use one arm and so that makes it difficult to put toothpaste on it. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush.
