I had bitten through my tongue and nothing would make it heal. The mouth wash finally arrived and from the time I began to use it I finally healing. I had been suffering through weeks of pain swishing warm salt water, trying peroxide in water yet nothing was healing the hole. Now after only five days of rinsing its nearly completely repaired and back to normal. As for making my teeth whiter? Well I cant say that I can see any change Im sorry to say.

Ive been using Crest mouth wash for years. Tried 3Dwhite fresh mint. This product is the worse tasting mouth wash ever. Had to throw it out. Tried Crest Clinical deep clean mint. Not much better and threw it out also for same reason. Crest didnt stand up to the reputation expected. Until they can make the taste palatable stay away from it unless you want to have the same experience.

Just after using this in one week I saw a huge difference in my teeth, the stains really did go away, but my trick was not to use it as a mouth wash but use it as a toothpaste. I would dip my toothbrush in it and just brush my teeth normally and thats how you get the best results!!!!
